I knew that it was always a little one sided but this year seemed to be a whole lot worse.

    Re: Arby's Classic...

I went yesterday. I got to see Golden and Thomas. I was looking for more from Golden. He looked lazy to me. He doesn't defend and stands around alot of offense. He has some skills but I didn't like the effort. He does look like a good shooter though but he will have alot of work to do on the defensive end or he will never see the floor.

Thomas on the other hand is the real deal. He is a future NBA guy. Has all the tools. I don't think he is in the same leauge as Wright. But if he keeps improving he has a very bright future.

Also I don't know if any of you all have had a chance to watch Johnson City play but they have a freshmen named Hale who is already around 6'6" and he has as much potential as anyone I can ever remember at that age in this area. He is really athletic with a nice touch for a big man and if he keeps growing he could be a big time player.

Golden played like that in the first game too, seemed like he would play hard in spurts...after the first game they played he came out of the locker room limping and had ice on one of his knees so I dont know if that had anything to do with it or not. Thomas is the real deal and the Melrose and New Rochelle game was one of the best Ive seen over there...Wilkerson has some skills too
